How much does it cost?
The first session is free. There are no joining fees or long term contracts. We operate a pay-as-you-go policy. Our rates our low as we are a small, independent company dedicated only to spinning, without the overheads of a full gym; we provide classes that are more personal and we focus everything to deliver the ultimate indoor cycling sessions. Please contact us for more information.
What if I need to cancel a session?
If you are unable to attend a session, please text/email/phone and let us know as soon as you can. We will always try to be flexible to accommodate people’s busy schedules; however if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and your place is not filled, then we may need to charge you for a missed bookings.
Spinning gives you a good cardio workout, so be advised to wear comfortable gym clothing. Once you become a regular, it is likely that you’ll want to wear specific cycling kit with padded shorts; however this is not a ‘must have’. Our spinning bikes are fitted with double-sided pedals, so you can wear either normal gym trainers or your cycling shoes. Please also bring a small towel and a bottle of water.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have showering facilities on-site.
