At PedalActive, we care about you and your bike. With our fully equipped workshop, we offer a fast and friendly service with the reassurance of a professional and personal job.

 

We cater for all types of bikes: road bikes which are ever changing with the advances of carbon and electronic gearing; mountain bikes (MTB) with complicated suspension; hybrids for those who commute or need a bike with a bit of both; all kinds of children’s bikes.

Bike Fitting – Configuring your bike to fit your body shape is hugely important.  It improves your efficiency allowing you to cycle faster and for longer. It improves your comfort levels and reduces the risk of injury. We offer a comprehensive and personalized bike fitting service.

 

Bike Service – It is important to keep your bike serviced regularly in order to keep it running at its optimum efficiency. There is nothing worse than your bike letting you down when you need it, and potentially costing you more in the long run. If your bike feels good, it will make you feel good too.

 

Custom Builds – For those special purchases we can build your equipment and turn into the bike of your dreams, safe in the knowledge that it will be cared for as if it was my own. You can have a bespoke bike for the same price as a shop bought bike, however the attention to detail that Pedal Active can give will include bike fitting and bike building allowing the bike to be totally unique to the individual. The clients selected colour, saddle, wheels, gears handles.

 

Wheel Building – I am a fully trained wheel builder. Wheels will be built to the very high standards.

 

Frame Resprays – If your old cherished bike frame needs a bit of love and attention, we use one of the best paint sprayers in the South East.
